Your Huxtley Workwear Co. order is being shipped from our warehouse straight to your door! All items will be processed and delivered between Monday - Friday.
The total price of your Huxtley Workwear Co. order displayed at the checkout accounts for taxes* and delivery costs associated with your order! (*Orders shipping to Canada are subject to applicable sales tax. Orders shipping to any other country won't be charged sales tax.)

We offer free shipping to Canada and the United States on orders over CAD $125.

Shipping to Canada
- Free shipping on all orders over CAD $125 (Enter code "Freeship" at checkout, It can't be combined with any other promo code)
- Fixed shipping charge of CAD $14.99 in Canada for orders under CAD $125
-All Canadian orders are shipped via UPS or Canada Post—we’ll choose the fastest option. Delivery takes between 1 to 7 business days after your order date (estimated, not guaranteed). Once your package ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
-We ship the same day!
-Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST will be shipped the next business day.
-Weekend orders (or those placed after 11 AM EST on Fridays) will ship on Monday or the next business day if it’s a long weekend (following Canada’s holiday schedule).
-Deliveries are made on weekdays only.

Shipping to the United States
-Free shipping for all orders over CAD $125 (+- USD $96) (Enter code "Freeship" at checkout, It can't be combined with any other promo code)

Customs & import fees
Effective August 5, 2025 — When ordering from outside Canada, please be aware that your shipment may be subject to import duties, taxes, or brokerage fees, depending on the rules of your country.
These charges are not included at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Import fees are set and collected by your government, not by us, and unfortunately they are completely outside of our control.
It is the customer’s responsibility to understand where they are purchasing from and to check whether their country charges import duties, taxes, or fees on goods imported from Canada.
We’ll always do our part to get your gear shipped out quickly and reliably—there are never delays on our side.
If You Choose Not to Pay Import Fees:
If your package is refused at delivery because duties, taxes, or other import fees are not paid, it will be returned to us by the carrier. In that case:

A flat fee of $100 CAD will be deducted from your refund.

This flat fee covers the significant costs we are billed for by carriers and customs authorities, including return shipping and tariff/clearance charges.

The $100 CAD deduction applies to all international orders, regardless of order value, because these costs are charged back to us once a package is refused at the border.
We want to be transparent so there are no surprises: accepting delivery and paying the required import charges is always the most cost-effective option for you.
Exchange & return
Exchange (Canada)
You can exchange any unused product within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact
- Exchanges are free!

- Item(s) you’d like to exchange
Exchange shipments:
- Processed within 3 business days and delivered within 1-7 business days.
- Subject to product availability.
Exchange (USA)
You can exchange any unused product within 30 days of purchase.
- Items must be in new condition—unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact
- Exchanges are free!

Exchange shipments:

Return policy (Canada)
You can return any unused product within 30 days of purchase.
- To qualify for a refund, items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and original packaging intact. If these conditions aren’t met, we reserve the right to decline the refund.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs. A CAD $30 fee (covering shipping and restocking) will be deducted from your refund.

Prefer an exchange or store credit? Those options are free of charge.
Important:
- Please include a copy of your original packing slip with your return.
- Refunds take 3-7 business days to appear on your original payment method once processed.
Final Sale: Items purchased during promotions cannot be refunded.
